Set on a prominent corner site in central Reservoir, this project reflects a considered approach to contemporary living—one shaped by context rather than imposed upon it.
These homes were not designed to a formula, but to their place. Reservoir has a distinct grain, a particular rhythm, and a set of practical priorities that differ from other parts of Melbourne. The brief was to understand that context and build into it, not over it.
The result is four two and three-bedroom townhouses that sit comfortably within the suburb’s character while meeting the needs of those who live here. The design is measured and deliberate, prioritising functionality, durability and efficiency over excess. Induction cooking, EV-ready charging and adaptable layouts support both family life and working from home. Nothing unnecessary. Nothing overlooked.
