Jim has a background in law and finance, with two decades of property investment across Australia, the UK and Europe. He has a Masters in Property Development from UTS, alongside qualifications in law, languages and finance from the University of Otago, City University London and Harvard Business School Online.

Jim has worked across residential and commercial projects in both hemispheres, bringing a broad, cross-market perspective to each site - applied through disciplined decision-making and a focus on long term value.

Outside practice, Jim has a deep interest in policy and has worked with youth mentoring and homelessness programmes in New Zealand, the UK and Australia, and coaches youth basketball.
